The Surveillance Committee

The functioning of the Foundation is monitored by the Surveillance Committee; the committee is made up of the Chairman and two other selected board members.

The Surveillance Committee monitors the functioning of the Foundation in accordance with the local governmental laws, the Bay Zoltan Foundation’s internal rules and the Bay Zoltan Foundation’s Memorandum of Association.

The Surveillance Committee is responsible for the annual audit, which includes a balance sheet, a profit and loss statement and other needed financial reports.  These reports are annually presented to the Board of Trustees.
